About Us
WebStudios is an international website design and development agency. All pricing is in NZD. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
We offer four monthly plans: Bronze ($125), Silver ($250), Gold ($500), and Platinum ($1,000) NZD. Services per plan are as described on our website at time of purchase.
Payment Terms
The first month is free. Payments are due monthly thereafter via Stripe. Failure to pay within 7 days may result in service suspension.
Scope of Work
All work is custom-built to your brief. Anything outside your plan scope will be quoted separately. Clients must provide content on time — delays may affect timelines.
Revisions & Updates
Each plan includes a set number of monthly updates. Requests beyond this may incur additional charges.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own your website. WebStudios may display completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise. Third-party assets remain under their own licenses.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information shared during the engagement.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Outstanding payments remain due. All completed files will be delivered upon final payment.
Liability
WebStudios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at 3 months of payments made.
Governing Law
Governed by the laws of New Zealand. International clients agree that any disputes will be resolved under NZ jurisdiction.
